Every decision I make is guided by the health, temperament, and overall well-being of my cats. From thoughtful breeding decisions to daily care and early socialization, my goal is to raise confident, affectionate companions that thrive in their new homes.
Because they are living animals, no ethical breeder can guarantee a lifetime free of illness or unforeseen challenges. Genetics, environment, nutrition, accidents, and many other factors can influence a cat's health throughout its life. What I can promise is honesty, transparency, and a commitment to doing everything within my control to give each kitten the best possible foundation and start in life.
When you welcome one of my kittens into your family, my support doesn't end when you leave with your new companion. Whether you have questions about nutrition, behavior, grooming, or simply want to share updates and photos, I'm always happy to help. I believe responsible breeding is about building lifelong relationships with my kitten families, and I'll always be here as a resource whenever you need me.

PET KITTEN PRICES
FOR 2026
*Pricing is for pet homes and includes a spay/neuter, microchip, age-appropriate vaccinations, routine deworming, FeLV/FIV testing, a health certificate (when required), registration paperwork, a 30-day Trupanion offer, and more.
I offer a 2-year genetic health guarantee with a replacement kitten if your kitten passes away due to a covered congenital or hereditary condition before 2 years of age. Veterinary records, diagnostic testing, and supporting documentation from a licensed veterinarian are required. Certain conditions and exclusions apply. Please review the Health Guarantee for complete details.
Prices are subject to change at any time and may vary from kitten to kitten based on gender, color, specific features, size, or lineage. Once a price has been quoted, it is non-negotiable.

Pricing varies based on several factors, including color, eye color (such as blue eyes), polydactyl paws, lineage, and other unique characteristics. Pricing is listed next to each available kitten, or you can refer to the general pricing guide shown below.

The reservation fee is $1000 which goes towards the final price of the kitten. The remaining amount is due at the time of pickup.

I offer a $200 discount for returning families and a
$100 discount per kitten for families buying more than one kitten at the same time. -
**Add DNA testing to your kitten for $160.**
Receive a comprehensive genetic screening report identifying inherited traits and screening for a wide range of known genetic variants. While DNA testing is a valuable tool, it cannot predict or rule out every possible health condition, nor does it guarantee a kitten will never become ill.
This fee covers the cost of the DNA test, as well as my time to collect the sample, register the test, package and ship it to the laboratory, monitor the results, and provide you with your kitten's completed report. -

Breeding Right Policy

After much thought, I have made the decision to significantly limit breeding-rights placements moving forward.
Breeding rights will now be offered only in rare circumstances to a select few friends and established breeders with whom I have built strong relationships, mutual trust, and shared breeding values over time.
The responsibility, expectations, and pressure that come with placing breeding cats have become more than I wish to take on. My passion has always been raising healthy, well-socialized Maine Coons with exceptional temperaments, sound structure, and strong breeding potential. However, cats are living, developing animals, and no breeder can guarantee perfection. Nature ultimately has more control than any breeder over traits such as appearance, structure, development, and fertility.
Transparency has always been one of my highest priorities. Those who have worked with me know that I invest a great deal of time providing photos and videos from multiple angles and in different lighting throughout a kitten's development so you have a clear and honest understanding of the kitten you are reserving.
This decision allows me to focus on what I enjoy most—raising exceptional companions while continuing to support the small group of trusted breeding programs with whom I have chosen to work.

There is no delivery fee for pickup within 30 miles of my cattery. For delivery beyond 30 miles, please contact me for a personalized travel quote. Delivery outside of this range is not guaranteed and depends on several factors, including my family’s schedule, current litter and kitten needs, and overall availability.

For the health, safety, and overall well-being of my kittens, I will no longer work with ground transport companies or large pet transport services. Unfortunately, I have had repeated negative experiences with these types of transport, including extended travel times, inconsistent handling, and kittens being exposed to numerous unfamiliar animals, all of which can create unnecessary stress and significantly increase the risk of illness.
Moving forward, families will need to either travel to me for pickup or, depending on availability, I may offer personal flight delivery by me on a limited basis. Personal delivery is not guaranteed and is dependent on my availability, current litter and kitten needs, family obligations, destination, and overall travel costs. Same-day personal flight delivery by me starts at $1,200 and may increase based on flight duration, destination, airfare costs, and whether overnight accommodations are required.
I understand this may limit transportation options for some families, but my priority will always be ensuring each kitten has the safest, healthiest, and least stressful transition possible.

Once approved I will reach out to let you know if it was approved or denied.

Join the waitlist if you wish to get first pick of the litter.

We give priority to returning families if they have rejoined the waitlist within 2 years of getting their first kitten.

When you pick your kitten, a contract will be sent to you to read and fill out.

After the contract is sent back you can then send the kitten deposit via Zelle, Apple Pay or Cash. No payment plans will be allowed, you must have the full reservation amount to reserve the kitten. If you do no have the full amount, you will not be able to reserve the kitten until you do.
Take Home Details

We will be in touch and decide on a pickup date for the kitten. Kitten's will be ready to go home at 14-17 weeks old.

Get your house/kitten room all ready for the kitten to come home. Kitten's adjust best and it is highly suggested to quarantine the new kitten so it can adjust to its new environment and to any new pets. A spare bedroom or bathroom is the perfect place for that.

For final payment, cash at pickup is the quickest, safest and the most reliable option, and is also the preferred option for final payment.
. The reason being is I have personally experienced electronic payments being declined or flagged by banks at pickup, resulting in wait times of up to an hour or more while issues were resolved. These delays are stressful for buyers and especially for kittens during an already busy transition, especially if you have a long drive or flight ahead of you still.
This policy helps ensure a smooth, secure, and low-stress pickup experience. Thank you for your understanding and please ask any questions you may have! -
If the kitten is not picked up by the agreed pickup date, a $10 per day maintenance/boarding fee will be charged. If after one week of not hearing from you, or if the kitten is not picked up within a week of the agreed upon date, the kitten will be made available to someone else. Certain conditions will be accepted if honest communication is given.

Take your kitten home, let the kitten take its time with the adjustment period, and be patient with it. Let the kitten come to you, don't force the kitten to be held or meet new pets if its not ready. It will hamper the adjustment period and could have a backlash effect of the kitten not bonding with you properly.

This one is important....these are and will forever be my babies. I helped bring them into the world, felt their little kicks, carried a baby monitor around daily to make sure I didn't miss the birth, helped break their sacks, stayed up and woke up often in the middle of the night to make sure mom didn't lay on them. I weighed them daily, bottle fed them, bonded with them, spent hours playing and training and teaching them. Loved them fiercely. IF at ANY point you can no longer care for the kitten, PLEASE reach out and allow me to take the kitten back. I would rather refund you the money and rehome the kitten with someone I have vetted vs the kitten going to someone off of craigslist.

If you chose to not keep the kitten and do return it, the amount you will be refunded is the cost of what I would get AFTER the kitten is rehomed, minus the reservation deposit, plus what it would cost for me to take the kitten to the vet, run a fecal and respiratory PCR test, etc.

We offer the Terrace Pets payment solution for customers who wish to pay over time for their furry feline. All credit profiles are considered and welcome. Your application gets routed through the Terrace Finance network of lenders/lessors which works to find you a program compatible with your credit profile and needs.
