I love talking to people and helping people find their special new cat and getting to know new buyers. With that being said, there have been a lot of instances lately where I will facetime will people, spend hours talking to them, write up contracts for them only for them to come back and say that they then talked to their spouse and the spouse did not approve. To protect my time and your's, before a facetime will be scheduled and a contract sent, a group chat with all adults of the household via text or messenger needs to be established first where I get confirmation that everyone is on board with a new kitten. And please also know, I will not give a kitten away with breeding rights to families who only want to breed it once so that family and friends can have a kitten. You must be an established cattery or show proof of starting up a cattery.

Thank you for your following, support and interest in my kittens. I only say this to better manage my time, protect your time, and the time of people who are truly ready to get a kitten. Because time spent on people who don't have everyone onboard takes away from me, my kids, you, and those who are waiting for me to get back to them. Thank you for understanding.

I offer a 2 year health guarantee with a replacement kitten upon the event that the kitten passes away before the age of 2 years old ( certain conditions apply). See the health guarantee information below for more details.

Prices are subject to change at any time and may vary slightly from kitten to kitten. Some are priced differently based on gender, color, certain features, size or lineage. The price I give is non-negotiable.

$100 discount per kitten for families buying more than one kitten at the same time.

Breeding rights are available for an additional $1,500. Please contact me for specific pricing, and let me know if there is a particular kitten you are interested in so I can provide the most accurate quote.

Breeding

What you get:

A sweet and magnificent Maine Coon kitten that was raised with so much love!
Veterinary exam to rule out any underlying health concerns or intestinal parasites.
Health Record of kitten.
72 hour warranty for viral and bacterial diseases.
2 year health guarantee.
30 days of Trupanion pet insurance.
Testing for FeLV/FIV (negative).
Age appropriate vaccinations and deworming.
Copies of the parents’ DNA reports are provided. If the parents are carriers of conditions such as MDR1, PKDef, or Factor XII Deficiency (Variants 1 & 2), DNA testing for the kitten can be requested for an additional $160 to determine whether the kitten inherited the variant. This testing is primarily for knowledge and breeding insight, as carrier status does not mean a cat will develop or be affected by the condition. Delivery of your kitten is available to the Kansas City airport for pickup or to a mutually agreed-upon location within 30 minutes of my home. If air travel is involved, kittens must travel in-cabin only and will never be shipped in cargo.

I will no longer work with large transport or ground transport companies, as I have found they often cannot provide the level of consistency, accountability, and biosecurity I require for my kittens. Families who choose not to use approved transport or personal delivery by me will need to either pick up their kitten directly from me or drive to meet for pickup.

Depending on the time of year, the needs of current litters/kittens, and my family’s schedule, I may offer personal delivery by me on a limited basis. Pricing for personal delivery varies based on location, travel distance, airfare (if applicable), and overall travel expenses.

What you get

There is no delivery fee for pickup within 30 miles of my cattery. For delivery beyond 30 miles, please contact me for a personalized travel quote. Delivery outside of this range is not guaranteed and depends on several factors, including my family’s schedule, current litter and kitten needs, and overall availability.
For the health, safety, and overall well-being of my kittens, I will no longer work with ground transport companies or large pet transport services. Unfortunately, I have had repeated negative experiences with these types of transport, including extended travel times, inconsistent handling, and kittens being exposed to numerous unfamiliar animals, all of which can create unnecessary stress and significantly increase the risk of illness.

Moving forward, families will need to either travel to me for pickup or, depending on availability, I may offer personal flight delivery by me on a limited basis. Personal delivery is not guaranteed and is dependent on my availability, current litter and kitten needs, family obligations, destination, and overall travel costs. Same-day personal flight delivery by me starts at $1,200 and may increase based on flight duration, destination, airfare costs, and whether overnight accommodations are required.

I understand this may limit transportation options for some families, but my priority will always be ensuring each kitten has the safest, healthiest, and least stressful transition possible.

Traveling

Reserving a kitten:

Contact me so we can get to know each other and so I can answer any questions.
Fill out an application.
Once approved I will reach out to let you know if it was approved or denied.
Join the waitlist if you wish to get first pick of the litter.
We give priority to returning families if they have rejoined the waitlist within 2 years of getting their first kitten.
When you pick your kitten, a contract will be sent to you to read and fill out.
After the contract is sent back you can then send the kitten deposit via Zelle, Apple Pay or Cash. No payment plans will be allowed, you must have the full reservation amount to reserve the kitten. If you do no have the full amount, you will not be able to reserve the kitten until you do.

Reserving

Taking home a kitten:

Refresh yourself on the FAQ section and go over the health guarantee that is below.
We will be in touch and decide on a pickup date for the kitten. Kitten's will be ready to go home at 14-17 weeks old.
Get your house/kitten room all ready for the kitten to come home. Kitten's adjust best and it is highly suggested to quarantine the new kitten so it can adjust to its new environment and to any new pets. A spare bedroom or bathroom is the perfect place for that.
For final payment, cash at pickup is the quickest, safest and the most reliable option, and is also the preferred option for final payment.
. The reason being is I have personally experienced electronic payments being declined or flagged by banks at pickup, resulting in wait times of up to an hour or more while issues were resolved. These delays are stressful for buyers and especially for kittens during an already busy transition, especially if you have a long drive or flight ahead of you still.

This policy helps ensure a smooth, secure, and low-stress pickup experience. Thank you for your understanding and please ask any questions you may have!
If the kitten is not picked up by the agreed pickup date, a $10 per day maintenance/boarding fee will be charged. If after one week of not hearing from you, or if the kitten is not picked up within a week of the agreed upon date, the kitten will be made available to someone else. Certain conditions will be accepted if honest communication is given.
Take your kitten home, let the kitten take its time with the adjustment period, and be patient with it. Let the kitten come to you, don't force the kitten to be held or meet new pets if its not ready. It will hamper the adjustment period and could have a backlash effect of the kitten not bonding with you properly.
This one is important....these are and will forever be my babies. I helped bring them into the world, felt their little kicks, carried a baby monitor around daily to make sure I didn't miss the birth, helped break their sacks, stayed up and woke up often in the middle of the night to make sure mom didn't lay on them. I weighed them daily, bottle fed them, bonded with them, spent hours playing and training and teaching them. Loved them fiercely. IF at ANY point you can no longer care for the kitten, PLEASE reach out and allow me to take the kitten back. I would rather refund you the money and rehome the kitten with someone I have vetted vs the kitten going to someone off of craigslist.
If you chose to not keep the kitten and do return it, the amount you will be refunded is the cost of what I would get AFTER the kitten is rehomed, minus the reservation deposit, plus what it would cost for me to take the kitten to the vet, run a fecal and respiratory PCR test, etc.
